How to Get Rid of Puffy Eyes?


Sick and tired of your puffy eyes! It is quite difficult to find fresh and alert eyes.


There are many reasons for puffiness such as allergies, stress, inadequate sleep, hereditary, etc.


Ways to Get Rid of Puffy Eyes:


Here are listed some simple and effective tips to eliminate puffy eyes.


1. Go Potato:

Raw potato is excellent in reducing eye puffiness. Besides puffy eyes, potatoes also eliminate dark circles. Take a slice of raw potato and keep it on the eyes. Leave it for few minutes and you will be amazed to see wonderful results.


2. Milky Way:

Milk is also effective in reducing eye puffiness. Dip a cotton ball in raw chilled milk and keep it on your eyelids. Leave it for 25-30 minutes and wash off with cold water. Puffiness will soon be a history.


3. Oily Help:

Take a bowl of chilled water and add few drops of vitamin E oil and mix well. Dip a cotton pad in the mixture and place it on the eyelid. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and your puffiness will soon disappear.


4. Cucumber Relief:

An age old remedy for removing eye puffiness is cucumber. Keep a slice of cucumber over your eyelids and leave it for 25 minutes. You can even take a short nap and get revitalized while cucumber slices help you get rid of puffiness.


5. Chilled Tea Bags:

Besides preparing aromatic tea for you, the tea bags offer puffiness reducing properties too. Keep in refrigerator few moist tea bags and place it over your eyes leave it for 20-30 minutes. Finally wash off the face with cold water. Your eyes will be refreshed and rejuvenated for a long time.

6. Chilled Spoon:

You can reduce puffiness of eyes by keeping the chilled spoon over your eyes. Put the stainless spoon in chilled water for some time now keep the cold spoon over your eyelids and replace it on regular intervals with the chilled one. Keep doing it till your eyes become free of puffiness.


8. Egg White:

Separate egg white from the yolk and beat it well. Apply the egg white with the help of a brush on your eyelids. This will tighten the skin around the eyes and will reduce the puffiness around the eyes. After 20-25 minutes of application of egg white, wash the face with water.


9. Green Tea Bag:

Keep a chilled chamomile or green tea on each eye for 10-15 minutes.  This will soothe your exhausted eyes and will calm them down. The herbal qualities of green tea will extract away all the puffiness from your eyes.


10. Hydrate your Body:

Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water as it is crucial for keeping the body hydrated and nourished.
