1. Eat Boiled Eggs: Most healthy breakfast

It doesn’t matter if you hit the gym or not, eat egg whites like a beast. Eggs are a good source of protein and also contain amino acids which help in liver disease   If you are an adult, you can eat 4 to 6 egg whites in the morning.

2. Banana Shake

Banana Shake is healthy and is very easy to prepare. You just need to blend the banana in milk, and then it is done. You can add almonds, peanut butter, Nutella, oats, honey, chocolate, coffee to make your shake more rich in nutrients and tasty.

3. Peanut Butter – Brown Bread Sandwich

If you are not a fan of brown bread, start eating it you will become a fan. Once you start eating brown bread, you will forget the taste of white breads. Peanut butter is healthy and when it combines with brown bread to become a sandwich then, you cannot resist it. Even Ant-Man and Black Widow were eating it in Avengers: Endgame
