Has Shah Rukh Khan retired! Why he is not shooting for any movie


Shah Rukh Khan has not finalized any project till now

The failure of Zero has left Shah Rukh Khan with sadness. The movie which released on 21st Dec last year didn’t do well on the box-office. It crashed and could gather only around 90 crores.  Shah Rukh Khan hasn’t seen massive success since Happy New Year. Happy New Year was a box-office winner but couldn’t win critical acclaim. His last Blockbuster was Chennai Express which released in 2013.

Since ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ Shah Rukh Khan has been experimenting with his choices of films and roles. RA-One, Fan, My Name is Khan, Zero, Dear Zindagi are all those movies which brought something new for the audience. Some of the movies did well and most of it didn’t.

Shah Rukh will take a decision by June on his new project

Raees actor said in an interview in China that he is currently listening to scripts and will take a decision by June. He said, he is listening to films and wants to spend more time on just listening and working on them. King Khan is currently busy in shooting for the second season of Ted Talks India.

 Don 3 is not happening soon

There were rumors that he will be donning the role of ‘DON’ again for the third installment of popular Don Franchise. However, the director of the franchise Farhan Akhtar said scripting for the movie hasn’t been finalized, once it is final he will tell the media about it.  The Baadshah of Bollywood opted out of Rakesh Sharma’s biopic “Saare Jahaan Se Achha” which was grabbed by Vicki Kaushal. Currently, the Baadshah of Bollywood has no movies in his kitty.

Fans of the megastar are eagerly waiting for their favorite actor to choose a script and start filming on it so that they could see the king of romance on the big screen.
