Apart from proper circulation, there are many causes. One of them could be genetic. It could be a sign of heart problem, diabetes, menopause, hot flushes, or even overactive thyroid. Let us discuss ways to handle your sweaty palms.

Applying Chandan and rosewater

Mix Chandan and rose water to make a paste. Apply the paste on your palm, hands, and sole of your feet. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then, dip your hands and legs in cold water for 15-20 minutes.

Chandan is used for reducing sweat and rose water has a cooling effect. This combination can minimize over sweating of the palm and feet.

Cold concentrated black tea

Keep a cloth in cold and concentrated black tea and wipe your palm and feet with that cloth. The tannic acid in tea has astringent properties that can act as a natural antiperspirant. You could even sort your palm and feet in the same liquid. I would suggest that you freeze this liquid and rub that ice on your palms and feet.

You can even carry a black tea bag and soak it in the water and hold it in your palm and that itself would help you to reduce sweat.

Application of ice

You can rub your palm and feet with the ice cube in the morning. This could close the pore and minimize your sweating. You can rub this cube for a minute and then wipe it out with a dry knot.

Applying Talcum powder

Dust your non-perfumed talcum powder on your palm as well as on your feet. Talcum powder will definitely help your palm and feet to remain dry. It has cooling properties. It absorbs moisture and keeps your skin healthy for a long time.

Certain foods to avoid

Avoid heat-producing food and ingredients that cause over sweating. These food items include garlic, onion, spicy food, non-vegetarian food, and even oily food. These foods tend to increase sweating. So, try to avoid them as far as possible.

Yoga techniques

Do certain yoga asanas to increase blood circulation in your extremities.

Certain Pranayama could also be helpful. They should be related to Diaphragmatic breathing and Shitali. This pranayama will help cooling down your system and control sweating.

Watch Your Tongue! What Tongue Tells About Health

“Sweating is essential for everyone under certain circumstances, especially when you exercise or reeling under hot climate, Sweating helps us cool off in these situations. It becomes hyperhidrosis when there is an increase in perspiration beyond what a person needs for regulating body temperature,” says Dr. Dyer.

You can get rid of sweaty palms and feet by following these home remedies. But all the above, most important is what keeps your mind calm and composed. When the mind is disturbed, sweat is going to come out. Emotions like anger, agitation, worries or under fear, you will definitely sweat excessively. When the mind is in your control, then the positivity and calmness of your aura will eradicate all kinds of health disorders.
