Fish intake during pregnancy is good for baby’s brain!

A recent study has found the relation between eating fish during pregnancy, and the health of baby’s brain.


Dietary lipid consists of fatty acids such as omega 6 and omega 3that are very essential for both animals and humans.

According to Professor Noriko Osumi and their research team, balanced intake of lipids by pregnant women is very beneficial for the brain of a unborn baby.

Lack of these nutrients can lead to abnormal emotional behavior in adulthood that’s why correct intake of lipid can help a child to get healthy brain.
