A new study from US has suggested that intake of water by one percent daily can help in burning calories. Researchers examined behaviors of men and women and found that drinking or three cups of water extra can help to burn over 200 calories every day.

It is very beneficial for the people, who want to manage their weight or reduce the intake of sugar and saturated fat.

The people increased their number of glasses of water reduced their daily intake of calories and in fact consumed 10 to 15 gram less sugar.
