According to a new study, people who sleep for eight hours are significantly better at remembering faces and names after the first meet.
The study further added that sleep after new learning activities can help to improve memory. Also, the sleep is very important to learn and remember something new.
Jeane Duffy, who conducted this experiment, says as we grow older we face problem of sleep disruptions and sleep disorders that further leads to memory loss.
Just like, regular breakfast and meals, sleeping for eight hours is compulsory for healthy memory.
