Internal blame game has started within the party workers after humiliating loss

After a humiliating defeat in Lok Sabha Election, Congress is going through uncertainty and blame game within the party. Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot has said that Sachin Pilot should take the responsibility of his son Vaibhav Gehlot’s defeat in Jodhpur.

During an interview to ABP News, he sounded a discordant state and put the blame of his son’s defeat from Jodhpur Lok Sabha seat. He added that Sachin Gehlot was very confident of winning the seat from Jodhpur by a big margin and said the election campaign was good. Congress lost the seat so PCC (Pradesh Congress Committee) Chief should take the responsibility of the loss.

The Rajasthan CM has a strong threshold in Jodhpur

The Rajasthan CM has a strong threshold in Jodhpur where he has won the Lok Sabha seat 5 times. He also said that “If someone says it is a CM’s fault or PCC Chief’s fault, I would say it’s a collective responsibility”.

Congress, who was voted in power in the state 6 months back, lost all 25 seats in the recent Lok Sabha Election.  A bitter blame game has started within the party workers and supporters of CM Ashok Gehlot and PCC Chief of Rajasthan Sachin Pilot.
