India Union minister also met NSA Ajit Doval after infiltration
Union Home Minister of India Amit Shah is meeting chiefs of Intelligence including National Security Advisor Ajit Doval amid infiltration attempts by terrorists. Intelligence Bureau Chief Arvind Kumar, union home secretary Rajiv Gauba, RAW chief Samant Goel and other officials are likely to present in the meeting.

Amit Shah is meeting amid the massive security build-up to intelligence reports on infiltration by Pak terrorists. The reports suggest that the terrorists want to launch an attack similar to the Pulwama attack in February 2019. A large number od security personnel have been deployed in the valley and tourists and pilgrims of Amarnath Yatra have been asked to vacate the state immediately.
As per the reports, Terrorists have tried multiple attempts to cross the LOC and infiltrate India last week.

Earlier, the Indian Army asked Pakistan to take back bodies of 5 intruders who were killed by the Indian army while they were trying to infiltrate into India. Five men from Pakistan’s Border Action Team were shot down in Jammu Kashmir’s Keran sector. The terrorists were trying to infiltrate and strike a forward post in the Keran Sector of the Valley. Indian army asked Pakistan to come with white flags and take the bodies. However, there hasn’t been any response from the Pakistan army. Heavy cross-firing is currently going on in the Keran sector.
About 35,000 paramilitary security personnel have been pushed in the valley by the Indian government. Deployment of massive security in Kashmir lead to speculation of government move on Article 350-A. Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Satya Pal Malik rubbished the rumours.
An advisory was issued on Friday asking tourists and pilgrims to “curtail their stay” and “return as soon as possible” to their respective places.
