Here is a delicious easy-to-make oatmeal smoothie. This delicious recipe is loaded with the goodness of oatmeal is light on your stomach.
Smoothie is a blended sweet beverage composed of fresh fruits and sometimes even peanut butter and chocolates.
1 cup skimmed milk
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, take more if needed
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. sweetener (or agave nectar would work too!)
Method of Preparation:
Take a blender and add oats, banana, strawberries and milk, Add a few drops of vanilla essence and sweetener if needed. Blend till the mixture becomes smooth. Now take glasses and serve it cold.
