Most of the store-bought granola boxes that shows to be healthy are actually a mixture of honey, sugar, oats and dried fruits which actually contains a lot of fat and calories. Majority of the boxed granolas also includes a lot of hidden sugar, unless you read the labels and consciously buy an organic or natural one made with simple-light sugars.
