World anti-obesity day : Time to fight against obesity
Yes, today entire world is celebrating world anti-obesity day. Teens are more obsessed of junk food and that leads to various eating disorders, and then eventually results in obesity. But, don’t worry guys there are some homely methods to fight against this obsession. The good part is that all these remedies are 100 percent natural, and thus have no side effects. So, whether you believe they will work, give them a shot nevertheless. Just remember to be regular with them, and have patience. Since they are not medicines, they do not work overnight.

1. Ajwain (carom seeds) water
People claim to have lost as much as 5 kgs in a month just by eating right and drinking ajwain water. All you have to do is boil one glass of water in a pan, add one teaspoon full of ajwain, let it simmer for 5 minutes, and drink it. You can wait for the water to cool down if you had like. This water helps in digestion and gastric problem.
2. Black pepper, lemon in warm water
Black pepper contains a compound called piperine, which can interfere with the genes that control the generation of fat cells; it also reduces fat levels in the blood stream and enhances the absorption of nutrients from our foods. Lemon on the other hand, simply aids in digestion. All you need is a little bit of pepper and half a lemon in one glass of water after the heaviest meal of the day and you are done! Lemon is always good to take in order to lose your weight.
3. Lauki ka juice (bottle gourd juice)
Lauki is best vegetable to lose weight and even it helps you to get glow on your skin. Basically, bottle gourd juice curbs appetite since it’s very high on fibre, making you eat less, and thus lose weight. Just grate the bottle gourd and squeeze it to get the juice. Have this juice (half to one cup at once) each time you feel like snacking.
4. Tulsi leaves empty stomach
Tulsi leave is best herb to use, it help ones to lose weight. One should take tulsi leave empty stomach.
5. Early to bed, early to rise
According to Ayurveda, our bodies work in accordance with the sun’s clock. This means, we are only supposed to eat till the sun doesn’t set. Hence, waking up before the sun, consuming your first meal early morning, and last meal around sunset, will keep our metabolism in check, no matter what you eat. Take dinner at 7 P.M. onwards.
6. Ginger-lemon tea
It’s time to replace your coffee/milk tea with this, especially during winters. Lemon in hot water is a known way to lose weight. Adding ginger to that will give your metabolism a big boost, and voila! Do not take overdose of ginger it might harm you.
