She has top-ranked all the magazine lists with so many awards. She is also a former chairperson of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. 

LEENA NAIR

Nair now holds the top position at French luxury fashion house Chanel in January 2022. Earlier, before joining Chanel, she served as the Chief Human Resource Executive at British consumer-goods packaged food giant Unilever PLC.

She reportedly became the first female, first Asian, and the youngest ever Chief Human Resource Executive at Unilever, as per the multiple news reports.

JAYSHREE ULLAL

London-born and raised in Delhi, Jayshree is the CEO of the fastest-growing cloud-networking company, Arista Networks, which is currently valued at around USD 16 billion under her leadership.

RENU MUNJAL

Renu is known to be the former Executive Director of Hero MotoCorp and the current Managing Director of Hero FinCorp. She consistently takes an active interest in projects concerning women’s empowerment.

VANDANA LUTHRA

Vandana Luthra is the founder of VLCC Health Care Ltd and the chairperson of the Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill and Council (B&WSSC). Luthra has been ranked #26 in Forbes Asia list 2016 of 50 Power Businesswoman. VLCC is one of the best beauty and wellness service industries in the country.

SMITA V CRISHNA

She is known to be the third-generation inheritor of Godrej and at the age of 70, is one of India’s richest women and worth $2.7 billion.

KAVITA SINGHANIA

Kavita Singhania, 59, has a stake in JK Cement and has a net worth of $2.1 billion. She’s the director of Express Infrastructure and reportedly doesn’t play any role in the cement company.

ANU AGA

With her current net worth of $2.1 billion, this Indian billionaire businesswoman is also a member of the Rajya Sabha, a social worker, and was the chairperson of Thermax which is an energy and environment engineering business.

VINEETA SINGH

She is the Executive Director of a multinational pharmaceutical company Emcure Pharmaceutical based in Pune.

GHAZAL ALAGH

She, along with her husband Varun Alagh, founded Mamaearth back in 2016 which sells over 80 beauty and personal care products across India. Ghazal too appeared in Shark Tank India.

UPASANA TAKU

This Stanford graduate is the co-founder and chief operating officer (COO) of Mobikwik. The company has already received (SEBI) Securities and Exchange Board of India’s approval to raise ₹1,900 crores through an initial public offering (IPO).

DIVYA GOKULNATH

She founded Byju’s along with her partner Byju Raveendran. Byju’s is the highest valued Indian startup, as well as the highest valued edtech startup in the world the company is valued at a whopping $18.5 billion and has over 114 million students registered on the platform.

The company is exploring options and may go public in 2022 and has received an offer from one of the acquisition companies to go public in the USA, at a valuation of $48 billion.

NEELAM DHAWAN

Dhawan controls nationwide responsibility for revenues and profitability as the Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard India. Earlier, Dhawan served as the Managing Director of Microsoft India and has over 38 years of experience in the information technology (IT) industry.

VANITHA NARAYANAN

She is named one of the most powerful women by Fortune India and Business and is credited for making India one of the fastest-growing markets for IBM. Vanitha served as the Chairperson of IBM from 2017 to 2018 and is now the MD of the IBM-Verizon relationship.

She works closely with the NITI Aayog on formulating policies for making students industry-ready and has served as the Chairperson of the American Chamber of Commerce in India and an executive council member of NASSCOM.

ARUNA JAYANTHI

Jayanthi currently leads Capgemini’s business in Canada and America and served as the CEO of Capgemini India and has held several leadership positions in the company. Aruna has been associated with Capgemini since early 2000 and was a part of the core team that initiated and set up the offshore capabilities.

Jayanthi was also recognised as the most powerful woman in India by Business Today and got the 4th position in Fortune India’s list of 50 most powerful Indian women.
