According to a study published in JAMA Neurology, men forget more than women as they grow old. A research was conducted on 1,246 participants between the ages 30 – 95, who had normal cognitive functioning and it was found that men tend to forget more as they grow old.
The study also found that our memory start to slip the moment we end our 20’s. The moment we hit 30 men and women start experiencing memory loss.
Interestingly, increasing age is not only the factor the build of amyloid – brain plaques that essentially clog the brain and prevent it from operating smoothly.
