The Indian PM, Mr.Narendra Modi who went to US to attend the UN General Council stayed in the world famous Waldorf Astoria hotel. Hitherto all the PMs from India always stayed in the New York Palace Hotel when they visited the city for such events.
The Waldorf Astoriao hotel has been recently purchased by a leading insurance firm from China. The US security suspected that the China might have installed cameras on the fairy lights in the hotel to spy on their President Barak Obhama hence the President decided to avoid staying there and shifted to New York Palace Hotel.
However the Indian Prime Minister decided to stay, as usual in Wordorff. The other state chiefs who stayed in the hotel were the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, Chinese Premier and the Pakistan PM.
