Things all Brides-to-be should avoid
Tips for all Brides-to-be: Stay away from following before your special day
It is every girl’s dream to look their best on their wedding. So, what if they need to sacrifice few of their desires to fulfil it. Right? After all, it is your big day you are preparing for. Little compromises wouldn’t harm. Here are some tips for all the Brides-to-be out there.
All these things that we generally avoid while losing weight should be avoided as a leech if you wish to look fit and beautiful on your wedding. Whenever a girl gets married, all the elders around her start with their years of experience into preaching about what she should do and what not. So, let us have a look at few of the things that every bride-to-be should avoid before her wedding to outshine the others on your special day:
1.White rice, sugar, fried food and refined flour
Yes, you might say that it is your wedding and when the rest of your guests enjoy the snacks and sweets, why can’t you? Well, honey, you are the bride, simple. A bride needs a lot of energy to survive her wedding day and go through all the sweat-breaking activities involved, especially if it is an Indian Wedding with all the customs. Sugar, white rice, fried food and refined flour supplies more than required amount of carbohydrates to your body resulting in exhaustion.
2.Alcohol and Smoking
Weddings generally mean a lot of alcohol and free at that, for your guests at least. In such an environment, with all the tension and nervousness, you might feel like releasing some of your nerves with the help of alcohol and smoking but that is a big ‘NO’ for you. Alcohol dehydrates the body and cause bloating. Smoking depletes the anti-ageing nutrients from the body. If you are willing to look all fresh, young and happy on your wedding day, you better stay away from alcohol and smoking.
Weddings call for late night parties and functions and what are the wedding functions without the bride. That is what you will be told, but don’t pay much heed to them. Just remember, that you are the bride and you need your much-needed beauty sleep. A good night’s sleep will rejuvenate your body from the previous day’s exhausting activities and prepare you for the next day. Not to forget, avoiding required sleep will lead to dark circles under your eyes. You surely don’t want to appear in your wedding looking like a zombie, do you?
Do Not, I repeat, do not miss exercise. Get your body involved in some or the other kind of physical activity, be it yoga, gym, walk, run whatever, at least for 30 minutes once a day. It helps in balancing your physical, mental and emotional well-being along with keeping your metabolism in check. Moreover, you look fit and energetic on your wedding day.
