Nvidia is an American company that is a leader in Artificial Intelligence computing. It is known for designing and manufacturing GPUs or graphics processing units. 

MediaTek, on the other hand, is a leading semiconductor company. It is highly likely that some of your home entertainment products would have their chip. From smartphones to Smart TVs to speakers, MediaTek has a huge market.

The partnership was announced at COMPUTEX, a leading expo in the technology field. MediaTek CEO Rick Tsai said “NVIDIA is a world-renowned pioneer and industry leader in AI and computing. With this partnership, our collaborative vision is to provide a global one-stop shop for the automotive industry, designing the next generation of intelligent, always-connected vehicles. Through this special collaboration with NVIDIA, we will together be able to offer a truly unique platform for the compute-intensive, software-defined vehicle of the future.”

NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang added- “AI and accelerated computing are fueling the transformation of the entire auto industry. The combination of MediaTek’s industry-leading system-on-chip plus NVIDIA’s GPU and AI software technologies will enable new user experiences, enhanced safety, and new connected services for all vehicle segments, from luxury to entry-level.”

The partnership between the two companies will help users experience an enhanced world of automobiles.

This will also provide AI safety, security features, and graphic capabilities to reach the next level. This partnership will also help MediaTek meet modern needs and demands.
