Music has been found to be linked with happy emotions and it makes us ‘feel good’. It is often said that the same taste in music can very well be the binding factors in any form of relationships.
Keeping this is mind, Luke Kenny conducted a social experiment where people were on blind dates and had to assess their partner based on their music taste. Music was played by one partner for the other (they were not sitting with each other nor had they ever met). Two couples out of three couples agreed to go on second date because the music tastes were similar and they liked the song the other person played.
