Officer goers in Delhi are operating from home these days due to smog
Poor air quality of Delhi is adversely affecting people. Delhi which has become almost a gas chamber has created a lot of problems for the people who have to travel daily. The smog level in the city is at its peak.
According to reports, Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma has left New Delhi in order to escape the smog that has disturbed the normal life in the capital city. Vijay Shekhar Sharma left Delhi on Sunday with his family and now he along with his family is shifted to Mumbai and he has no future plans to return to this gas chamber.
According to latest reports, Vijay will be staying in Mumbai until the air clears in Delhi. He was quoted saying that “I couldn’t have waited till Monday. Air is really bad in Delhi and I am allergic to dust.”
Well people who are already suffering from breathing problems are not at all able to tackle with a huge smog problem going on in Delhi. Founder of Paytm Vijay is humble to his workers also as he even asked his staff to work from home of required. In addition due to heavy smog it has impacted the businesses, Sharma has also reportedly cancelled a slew of meetings that was scheduled to take place in the Noida office.
State of ‘Emergency’
Due to ongoing smog and worsening air quality government has taken crucial steps. It had two days back announced a state of ’emergency’ measures, including shutting schools until Wednesday, banning construction and demolition activities for five days and temporary closure of Badarpur Power Plant.
Even Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also requested people to stay at homes and do work from home if possible adding that strict action will be taken against those found burning garbage.
Work from home system
Though the government has closed all the Delhi schools till Wednesday due to heavy smog it is very necessary that office going people should often try to do work from home until air of Delhi gets purified.
