Chair:

You can work out some simple exercises like stretching and bending with the help of a sturdy chair that won’t topple easily.

 

Mat:

Take a good-padded and non-slip mat and do yoga movements with ease.

Yoga strap:

Yoga strap can be useful in stretching exercises. Take a strap with D-ring or buckle fastener at one end. This will help you put  aloop around your foot and stretch.

 

Medicine balls:

Medicine balls are available in different sizes and weights. They are similar to basket ball or soccer ball. You can do a variety of floor exercises with medicine balls.

 

Bosu:

A Bosu is a stability ball mounted on a heavy platform of rubber that keeps the ball firmly in position.
