People of Agartala were having fun during a cultural show of modern and traditional dance and play through a six-day-long fest, which was choreographed ‘Nritya Sanrachna’ concluded today.
Carnival was organized by the Sangeet Natak Academy (SNA) in association with the department of Information and Cultural Affairs and the government of Tripura at the Rabindra Shata Varshiki Bhawan.
Total, 18 choreographic presentations were performed which was based on particular themes imagination and modernization from different parts of India, including two from Tripura and Manipur.
Young dancers and choreographers expressed their desire to see the work rising choreographers and composers to work on their skills in future.
Both performers and organizers said that such carnivals provide great platform for cultural exchange and enhance cultural tradition.
