Chilli Paneer is one of the most popular snacks that people like to binge on in parties and get- togethers. It is an easy recipe that can be prepared in minutes. You can prepare it at home without so much fuss. Someone who loves paneer, Chilli Paneer is the best appetizer.

What all you need?

  • 400gm Paneer ( Depends on the number of people)
  • 1 small ginger
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 garlic
  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 medium green chillies ( You can increase or decrease the number according to your taste)
  • 11/2 large capsicum
  • 2 large onions
  • 11/2 tablespoon green chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup refined oil

How to cook it?

To prepare this soul satiating dish, cut the paneer, onion and capsicum in cubes. Wash the cubed capsicum, onion and paneer in running water, and then keep them aside. Now peel the ginger and garlic chop them too in a small bowl. Cut green chillies in strips or you can slice them half.

Put skillet on a medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add paneer slices and fry them till gets golden. Now, saucepan on another flame and add two tablespoon of hot oil in it. Add ginger and garlic with chillies. Let them sauté for few seconds.

After mixing them well, add sauced onion in the saucepan. Saute for a minute and then add cubed capsicum, salt along with the tomato ketchup, vinegar, green chillies, green chilli sauce, soy sauce. Mix them well and let the veggies cook for two three minutes.

Last but not the least, add fried paneer cubes and toss them .

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot!
