How to make Blueberry and Green Apple Salad at home?

- ¼ Cup Blueberries
- 3 Cup Cut lettuce leaves
- 3 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Pinch salt
- 2 Cup cubed Green Apple
- ¼ cup chopped strawberry
- What all you need for Garnishing?
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon powdered white pepper powder
How to make it?
Step 1: To prepare caramelized walnuts, pour 2 tablespoon of water in a broad non- stick pan. Heat it on a low flame and after sometime add sugar. Mix it well so that the sugar gets dissolved. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame, and do not forget to stir occasionally.
Step 2: Now add the chopped walnuts in the mixture. Mix it well. Cook it on low flame for 1 t0 3 minutes. Make sure sugar coats the walnuts evenly. Keep it aside so that it gets completely cool.
Step 3 : Take a deep bowl. Combine all the ingredients. Add lettuce leaves, green apple, blueberries and strawberries. Add salt and toss it well.
Step 4: Now it’s time to add the caramelized walnuts. Pour lemon juice and olive oil. Mix it well and garnish it with white pepper and chilli flakes. Toss the salad well.
