Here is the reason why Amrita doesn’t want Sara to work with Karan Johar
Several things have been reported about Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Khan’s Bollywood debut. While initially everyone placed their eyes on Karan Johar considering the fact that he is known for launching famous star kids in the industry. Soon we had reports suggesting that how Sara has not only refused to star in KJo’s Student of the Year 2 but has also rejected his next project – the remake of The Fault In Our Stars.
In fact, in addition to all this, buzz even suggested that how Sara’s mom Amrita Singh has suddenly let go off the agency that was handling Sara’s work, which is apparently the same agency that handles most of Karan Johar’s discoveries. Now ever wondered why Amrita doesn’t want to launch her daughter with a Karan Johar film? Have they fallen out or is there more to what meets the eye? Well, here is everything we know.
The Real Reason
According to reports, the actual reason why Amrita does not want Sara to be in Karan Johar’s next project is because she fears that Sara will be lost amidst the other star kids Karan has launched in Bollywood by far including his favourite, Alia Bhatt.
Yes! Turns out Amrita wants Sara to stand out and be a star of her own than be an addition to the league of famous star kids who are already ruling the industry. If at all Sara makes her Bollywood debut with a Karan Johar film, no doubt she might get an exciting Bollywood break but will she ever be considered over Alia? She obviously will be secondary, like merely an addition to the famous league right? Now it will be a different thing if Sara makes her Bollywood debut with another film.
Anyway, so this is the reason why Amrita is not keen to launch Sara with Karan Johar’s movies. However, that does not mean Sara is not getting any other offers for we hear that she is already in talks with Anil Sharma’s Genius, which is also said to mark the debut of his son Utkarsh. But now, will such things materialize with this film and will it be a wise decision on Sara’s part to sign this film as her much awaited debut film?
