Here are some astonishing facts related to National Nut Day:- Nut Day sounds funny. I know. However, chill, the nut is a food day celebrating a healthy and nutritious snack for health.
Nuts are an amazing source of food and energy. They are a primary source of nutrients for both humans and wildlife equally. Nuts are used for cooking, raw consumption, sprout, and for theroastas a light snack food. In addition, they are pressed for oil that is specifically used in cookery stuff and skincare cosmetics.
They are considered good sources of vitamins E and B2. They are highly rich in protein, folate fibre, and essential minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and selenium.
