Finally the NASA has released a time- lapse video of the sun in all its glory. The video consists of compressed 393 days of sun’s activity that was taken by the Solar Dynamic Observatory.
Notably, the images are of a period from January 1st, 2015 to January 28th, 2015, when the SDO took pictures in every 12 seconds.
Interestingly, these images helped scientists to understand the electromagnetic system that is responsible for causing continuous upheavals on the surface of sun, affecting Earth.
The Solar Dynamic Observatory is a satellite, which has taking pictures of sun in every 12 seconds except when it was in Earth’s shadow.
