Motivational Youth Yatra
The Indira Group of Institutes Pune, (IGI), conducted a seminar on “Self-Motivation – The key to success” and “Career Options after Graduation in India” for the aspiring graduates at various educational institutions around Guwahati, Assam.

Swami Vivekananda said “Youth would take India to great heights”. To commemorate Swami Vivekananda’s 150th Anniversary, The Indira Youth Yatra 2015 was to spread the message of quality education and aid nation building across India. The seminar emphasised on the new career options available and how the keen motivation of individual students can help them become successful in their career.
IGI was established in 1994 with the aim of providing top quality education and in a period of twenty years it has steadily grown and today boasts of fourteen institutes, having more than fourteen thousand students in graduate and post-graduate courses.
Through the Youth Yatra, the various speakers shared the reasons of how its students manage to secure great job offers and excel in their fields. The areas of presentations revolve around upcoming sectors, job profiles; job opportunities and most importantly the skills needed to guide students to start preparing for a great career while completing graduation. It organized the seminar keeping in line the country’s vision of skill development and is keen to increase the employability index of the youth.
The key note speakers of the event Dr. Renu Bhargava, Director of Indira School of Business Studies who emphasised on the new career options available and how the keen motivation of individual students can help them in becoming successful in their career, based on the vison of Indira Group six pillars:

It was also announced by Dr. Bhargava that five students from Guwahati will be given a paid trip to Pune to visit “The City of Opportunity for the Youth.”Their lodging and boarding would be sponsored by the Indira Group itself.

To facilitate all future need of the youth for value addition and career counseling at the North-East Region, Miss Papia Nath an alumnus of the institute was honored as the brand ambassador and the single point of contact was announced during the seminar.
