Pop diva Madonna just settled a custody dispute with her ex- husband Guy Ritchie, agreeing to let her son stay in Britain with his father, a US court said.
“Their case is resolved,” Lucian Chalfen, the spokesman of the New York court where the divorced couple fought for the custody of their son Rocco, told the media.
The custody agreement stated that the 16-year-old is to remain with his British filmmaker father, according to US media reports said by Ritchie’s lawyer, Peter Bronstein.

Madonna, who wanted her son to stay with her in the United States, reacted confusingly on the social media. The pop star posted a picture of herself on Instagram with a black hoodie and the word “bitch” written on it in red.
Judges discovered that Rocco remained in London along with his father after a visit in December last year, while Madonna wanted him to return and to live with her in the State of New York.
The couple divorced in 2008 after completing eight years of marriage.
The couple also have a 10-year-old adopted son, David Banda.
