A while back, Anheuser-Busch InBev NV made a offer to take over SAB Miller, and merge to two to create the World’s largest Brewing Empire.
However, SAB Miller feels the offer of $ 104 Billion undermines it’s assets, and is not ready for a ‘under-valuation’ of it’s assets.
The rejection seems to have been well received by shareholders of both SAB Miller and InBev as they registered increases of 1.4% and 1.98% respectively.
