Lemon is a very beneficial to get rid of the pain. The citric acid present in the lemon fight many causes of knee pain triggered due to Arthritis. Tying a cloth consisting slices of lemon, dipped in the warm mustard oil to your knees for 10 minutes twice everybody will help your knee pain.
