Selfie has become a new trend in our lives. From actor to politicians, everyone is crazy for selfies. Recently, we saw selfie fever on our Indian cricket team. The young and handsome hunks shared their selfies on social media. We must say not only the fans, who love to take selfies with their favourite Indian cricketers .But the players love clicking selfies to keep their fans and followers on social media aware of their whereabouts. And with the Indian team flying to Sri Lanka on Wednesday from Mumbai, the Men in Blue took to their mobile phones to click selfies and upload them on their Instagram accounts.

Shikhar Dhawan to Ishant Sharma everyone showed their love for selfies

Opener Shikhar Dhawan is a constant on the social media site and on Wednesday he posted a photo which read: “And we are ready.Off to Sri Lanka @ishant.sharma29 @imbhuvi.”

Ishant Sharma and Bhuvneshwar Kumar also posted photos which were identical. It was more about sharing the selfie that Bhuvneshwar had clicked. Only the captions were different. While Bhuvneshwar’s post read, “️️Srilanka ️️ @ishant.sharma29.” Ishant’s post read: “Off to Sri Lanka!”

Pace bowling partner Umesh Yadav too joined the race as he posted a photo which read: “Off to Colombo #srilanka#”

Rohit Sharma had a more interesting caption which read, “And we take off! #LetsDoThisBoys.”

Looks like it was a reaction to Virat Kohli’s post which mentioned a delay in the flight. “Flight delays call for a selfie, #Srilanka it is!️@rahulkl #Enroute #BackToBasics.”

With everyone posting selfies, Hardik Pandya was not ready to hold back as he welcomed KL Rahul back in the team. His post read: “the brother-man is back with a bang ♂️ off to Sri Lanka #INDvsSL @rahulkl.”

Ravi Shastri also expressed his delight as he starts his journey as head coach of the team. His post read: “Great to unite with the boys again. Feels like yesterday #TeamIndia.” India is set to play 3 Test matches, 5 ODIs and a T20I in the Island Nation. And it will be an interesting series considering that former team director Ravi Shastri is back at the helm as head coach.
