The ‘Super Seminars’ (June 19-20) were the most valued and awaited segment of India Gadget Expo where industry leaders, decision makers and technology experts gathered to give an overview on the electronic industry. They participated in round table discussions, followed by an interactive Q & A rounds.

Atulya Prakash, an IT professional who visited the Expo said, “Being an engineer and a gadget freak, I was very much excited to attend this. Among all the products that were showcased, I found the Rapid Bot 3D printer to be very trendy and helpful for a common man. It could print or create a 3D object merely using a plastic wire. Besides, LG’s Boom X-boom box was also quite impressing”.

Though the event is said to be the first of its kind in the country, it could not attract as many visitors as expected. Over sixty brands were estimated to turn up, out of which only thirty were exhibited. The organisers need to showcase more products and hold it in other cities as well to attract more people towards such events.
