Puff Up Your Cheeks
Simply stick your tongue out as far as it will go, and hold this pose for 60 seconds. Repeat it 3 times.
Look Up at the Ceiling
In this facial exercise you have to look up and stretch your mouth as if you are about to kiss something. Hold this position for 5 seconds, and repeat it 5 times. For a more prominent jawline and high cheekbones, you can also stick out your tongue while looking up at the ceiling in order to stretch and strengthen your neck muscles.
Drop your jaw and open your mouth, then make a small “O” with your lips. While keeping your jaw dropped, widen your lips like you are going to smile. Repeat this small “O” big “O” 10 times.
Smile while pursing your lips, and then create a fish face by sucking the inside of your cheeks into the gap between the sides of your teeth. Do this facial exercise five times to firm and tone your lips as well as cheeks.
Bye-Bye Crow’s Feet!
This facial exercise helps in decreasing the unwanted lines around your eyes, which is also known as crow’s feet. Open your eyes wide, as if surprised or shocked. Pull your skin near the eye area back while doing this exercise with the help of your hands.
Bend your head a little to the right and hold it for a few seconds to stretch the muscles in your neck and then repeat this step on the left side. You can also roll your neck in clockwise and anticlockwise direction for 5 times each to get rid of your double chin.
You can perform these facial exercises whenever you are free. And since the facial muscles are relatively smaller, they will respond quicker.
