Acharya Devvrat, the Himachal Pradesh Governor and Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh have greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Eid-ul-Zuha.
In his greetings, Acharya Devvrat has hoped that the festival would strengthen peace and brotherhood and also bring prosperity to the state.
Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh in his message said that, Eid-ul-Zuha symbolises the sacrifice, faith and devotion.
He has also appealed to the people to work in unity for peace, progress and prosperity of the state.
State BJP chief Satpal Singh Satti and Leader of the Opposition P K Dhumal have also greeted the people on the occasion.
State unit of CPI(M) greeted the people on the occasion and said that the festival should unite the people and further strengthen religious harmony.
