Gulmohar- Disney+ Hotstar

Helmed by Rahul V Chittella, ‘Gulmohar’ is a family drama about three generations who have grown apart through time. The film stars Sharmila Tagore playing the matriarch Kusum Batra, who decides to sell Gulmohar and go to Pondicherry. Her declaration creates a commotion in the family, leaving her son Arun played by Manoj Bajpayee uneasy and her grandson played by Suraj Sharma wishing for independence. The series is releasing on 3rd March.

Taj – Divided by Blood- Zee5 

With an ensemble cast, Taj: Divided by Blood is one of the most anticipated and the biggest projects of ZEE5. The most acclaimed writers and actors of Hindi films are a part of the show. The trailer dropped on YouTube recently and the aesthetics and cinematography of this period drama have been widely appreciated. The series is also releasing on 3rd March.

Alone- Disney+ Hotstar

Alone is a Malayalam suspense thriller starring Mohan Lal. The story revolves around a man who is all alone in a flat and is speaking over calls throughout the film to various characters (other actors are voices). The One-man show becomes dreary & drab and even the climax twist leaves you exhausted. The movie has already been released in theatres but will make an OTT release on March 3. 

Farzi- Amazon Prime

The Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi starrer series has ranked at number 1 among the Prime Video shows globally, based on overall online engagement. According to a report, While Farzi has secured the top position, various media reports speculated that the makers have already started working on its sequel. Amid all the speculations, Shahid Kapoor has cleared the air and confirmed that Farzi 2 is happening. 

The story takes to a scenario where a printing business hits a crisis and runs out of solutions. Sunny and Firoz decide to generate money by making counterfeit money. The film is already available on Amazon Prime.

Wednesday- Netflix 

 A worth-watching American Horror series Wednesday is based on the popular and outcast Addams family. This supernatural horror series is an unconventional story that you’ll either hate or love.

 Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) has no friends, never smiles, always wears dark clothes and never blinks. She was unable to get along with ‘normal kids’, so her parents Gomez (Luis Guzman) and Morticia (Catherine zeta-jones) decided to take her to a boarding school which was especially meant for the outcast. Wednesday initially struggled to adapt to the new environment but a string of murders, a night creature, the mystery behind the school, and several visions forced her to stay in the school as she needed to find the answers. You can binge-watch this popular series on Netflix. 

The Night Manager- Disney+ Hotstar

The Hotstar Special, starring Aditya Roy Kapur, is the official Hindi remake of the same-named British TV series. Anil Kapoor is playing Hugh Laurie, while Aditya Roy Kapur takes over the role originally played by Tom Hiddleston. It is available on Disney+ Hotstar. The second part of the series is set to be out in June 2023.
