On Thursday the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) fired on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) after the Delhi High Court deviated the order appointing which stated to appoint 21 MLAs as the Parliament Secretaries and said that the deterioration of the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party is now complete.
Reacting upon the High Court’s order, the BJP leader GVL Narsimha Rao said that the AAP is merely interested in salary hikes of its MLAs and is engaged in seeking its own benefits.
“The party has also been involved in a series of scandals involving exploitation of women, completing their degeneration in Delhi,” he added.
Notably the Delhi High Court cancelled the appointment of AAP’s 21 Parliamentary Secretaries after the Party admitted that the Lt Governor’s approval was not taken into the matter.
The bench comprising of Chief Justice G. Rohini and Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal quashed the appointment after hearing the PIL filed by the NGO called ‘Rashtriya Mukti Morcha’ against the AAP’s decision of appointing 21 party legislators as the Parliamentary Secretaries.
The AAP had appointed the Parliamentary Secretaries after coming to reign in February 2015 to facilitate the smooth functioning.
