Somnath Bharti Arrested
Controversial: Somnath Bharti arrested, trouble continues for AAP :- It seems that Aam Aadmi Party more bad days are waiting for AAP in near future. As trouble for the party is not coming to an end, infact it is increasing day by day. Within two days, two leaders of AAP have been arrested. Today Party MLA Somnath Bharti has been arrested for allegedly misbehaving with security guards at Delhi’s AIIMS hospital earlier this month.
Notably another lawmaker, Amanatullah Khan, was arrested yesterday on a sexual assault compliant by his relative but after sometime he was released on bail. AIIMS had filed a complaint against him on September 9 at Huaz Khas police station that Somnath along with his 27 supporters misbehaved with the guards.
In their complaint they clearly stated that Somnath Bharti had provoked the mob to damage the property of AIIMS to give access to unauthorized people inside the AIIMS property.
Domestic violence case against Somnath Bharti
Somnath Bharti wife had filed domestic violence against him last year and currently he is out on bail. Last year also, he was arrested after his wife accused him of abuse. Notably he is the 13th leader to be arrested since the party came into power last year.
Couple of days back Sandeep Kumar’s sex scandal was making headlines and the AAP party was highly criticized by the opposition and it seems that more bad days are yet to come for the party.
Swati Maliwal accused of corruption, case filed
A case against state women panel Chief Swati Maliwal has been filed on the charges of irregularities in recruitment in the women’s panel by the Anti- Corruption branch. BJP Mahila Morcha yesterday demonstrated against it and is demanding to remove Swati from her post. Though Swati, on the other hand, is denying all the charges on her and calling it baseless.
Now we will not be wrong, if we say that AAP’s future is becoming hazy because party has been embroiled in a lot of controversies and this is affecting its performance.
What all Delhi people are getting out of all this? Chikungunya and Dengue?
