Recipe : How to cook egg noodles at your comfort zone?

Chinese Noodles – 1 packet
1 cup sliced onion
1 Chopped Cabbage
2 Pieces grated carrot
1 bunch of chopped coriander leaves
½ tablespoon garlic paste
½ ginger paste
Salt according to your taste
2 sliced green chilli
2 tablespoon sunflower oil
½ tablespoon black pepper

Boil water in a pan with tsp of oil and ½ tsp of salt. When water starts boiling, add the noodles and cook them for 4-5 minutes. Make sure you do not over cook them. Drain the water completely from the noodles and run it through cold water to prevent it from sticking. Add a tsp of oil and toss noodles. Now, keep it aside.
Steps to Follow
Heat the oil in a pan over medium flame . Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 20 to 30 seconds
After that, saute the onions , beans, green chillies for a minute or two. Add cabbage, salt, and pepper powder. Stirr the mixturte well.
Add the boiled noodles to the mixture and break the eggs into the pan. Mix them well and cook it for 2 minutes .
Garnish it with coriander leaves. And serve it hot!
