A contestant from Bigg Boss is trending everywhere on social media, but not for the right reasons. In previous episodes, Simba was lashed for not contributing much to the show. Many contestants were even nominated by most of the Gharwassis on this basis. But it seems that Simba had taken the ‘Meow’ joke too seriously. (Bigg Boss 15 host Salman Khan often teases Simba with this cat sound).

The biggest controversial show, Bigg Boss is all steamed up with new controversy. This erupts during a fight between Simba Nagpal and Umar Riaz. Where Simba did something that jumped down BB lovers and Riaz fans’ throats.
Simba called Umar Terrorist!
In the clip going viral on social media, Umar is engaged in a conversation with Ieshaan Sehgal where the former was saying, “He keeps saying tera koi Astitva Nahi Hai. Bro Har cheez ko personally mat le yaar! Bhai Mai ek cheez tere ko batata hu. Aise Teri Aankhen Badi innocent Hain. Lakin jab tu task me hota Hai na, atankwadi lagta Hai”.

To this, Ieshaan said that he heard these words from Simba. Umar further added, “Tu soorma nahi lagaya kar jab tu task me hota Hai. Bhai bahut stereotypical joke Hai, meri baat samajh Gaya? Maine Mazak me isliye liya, Maine kaha simba iske muh me filter nahi Hai. Ab Simba bardasht nahi Ho Raha mere se”.
To this many celebrities slammed Simba for Calling Umar ‘Atankwadi’.
Ex-BB15 contestant Vidhi Pandya also confirmed this taunt by Simba.
She reacted on Twitter and said, “Yes I’m aware of this, Umar had shared this with me in the house, but he let go saying ke sweet Hai I’m sure he didn’t mean it, but obviously it’s wrong and it’s niceness of Umar to let go something so pathetic. Stay strong Umar. You’ll pass through this.”

Asim Riaz girlfriend and former Bigg Boss contestant Himanshi Khurana also came in support of Umar. She wrote, “Chahe support kro ya nahi kro …. yaha galt sahi lagta or sahi galt…kitna bhi bolo kuch nahi hone wala. but kisi ko boli hui baat hmesha uska picha krti hai.but har saal yaha rule badal jate. Terrorist is that a word you are using for a person? But fir bhi simba hi sahi hoga.”
Andy was more specific in his tweet and named it ‘Islamophobia’. He tweeted, “#SimbaNagpal ne #UmarRiaz ko Atankwadi lagte ho kaha? Surma mat pehena karo? #WTF like seriously? This kind of unconscious #Islamophobia is considered normal. Let me tell you it is not NOT acceptable! #BiggBoss15 #BB15 #UmarArmy.”
Another user said, “If #UmarRiaz is told that he looks like ‘Atankvadi’ by his looks, whatever may be the intent, #SimbaNagpal needs to be taught a lesson! The guy may look innocent but needs to watch out for his words & be mindful of the sensitivity involved! Umar Riaz, stay strong buddy.

Often most of the BB15 contestants get entangled in verbal or physical fights. However, these gestures are least expected from Simba Nagpal. As on the Weekend Va Vaar also, he might be mocked for not contributing much to the show but was always appreciated for his decency by the host Salman Khan.
But this time tables are turned as Simba was seen in the violent Avtar. During the task, Simba losses his cool over Umar and pushed him into the swimming pool.
This left Twitterati miffed and demanded an immediate eviction of Simba.

Simba Nagpal was born in Delhi and is an Actor-model by profession. He entered the world of acting with the popular serial, Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. He was also in the love-based reality show MTV Splitsvilla season 11. He was also in the seventeenth season of MTV show Roadies.
