Akhilesh Yadav calls Samajwadi Pariwar united
Akhilesh Yadav clears doubts, calls Samajwadi Pariwar united:-Even as Samajwadi Party appeared to be in shreds with the expulsion of his associates, but Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday has put up a brave face saying that ‘Samajwadi Pariwar’ is united to face all the upcoming challenges.
“Samajwadi Pariwar is as united as it was before and, in days to yet come, the challenges before the state and the government, as the communal forces (which) want to make an entry somehow, will be faced further with unity,” the Chief Minister said. This came after when his uncle Shivpal, with whom he locked in a turf war, expelled the seven party functionaries, which includes three MLCs, considered close to him. Akhilesh, who was flanked by Shivpal, was speaking to the reporters after a meeting of the state cabinet chaired by him.
Highlights from Cabinet meeting
This was the first cabinet meeting after a week-long crisis in the Yadav family which also saw the feud between factions which was led by Shivpal and his nephew Akhilesh coming out into the open.
The CM also said “the Samajwadi Pariwar will work together in order to ensure that Samajwadi government returns to power and takes the state in the direction of development and prosperity.”
Further referring to the feud in the family, the Chief Minister said that he wanted to tell all the leaders, office bearers and also others that “there are no problems in the party“.

Family War and Politics
The war in Uttar Pradesh’s first family has appeared to be far from over, with Shivpal, who has been made SP’s state unit chief by the party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav in place of Akhilesh, on Monday further asserting himself by expelling the party functionaries who were considered close to Akhilesh.
While protesting against the action, a number of youth office bearers of the party’s front wings resigned, further claiming that “Akhilesh” is their “undisputed” leader.
While two youths of SP Chatra Sabha (students wing) climbed atop a TV transmission tower here to protest the mass sacking, also some “Akhileshwadi” SP youth leaders have even written resignation letters in blood.
