Breakfast is the most important meal of a day. Most people tend to ignore breakfast and concentrate more on having a heavy lunch and dinner. People who do not have breakfast face lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

Smoking is harmful to your body. Your lungs can be very badly affected by smoking. Smoking can causes fatal diseases such as pneumonia and lung cancer. Smoking causes 84% of deaths from lung cancer and 83% of deaths from chronic obstruction pulmonary disease. We know smoking cause cancer but did you know that the nicotine in the cigarettes can cause your brain to shrink?

Consuming too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of nutrients and proteins, and it can lead to malnutrition. Here are some of the effects that consuming to much sugar has on health- It overloads and damages your liver, it tricks your body into gaining weight and effects your insulin and lepton signalling, it causes metabolic dysfunction consuming too much sugar will interrupt with the absorption of nutrients and proteins and can lead of malnutrition.

Breathing polluted air leads to lower amounts of oxygen reaching your brain and without oxygen the brain cannot function.

Sleep deprivation is the condition of not having enough sleep. It cause fatigue, daytime sleepiness, weight loss or weight gain. Generally sleep deprivation may result in confusion, memory loss, depression, poor quality of life, decreased performance, occupational injury, traffic accidents.

Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
